Future Dental Professionals
We had extra hands in the office this week because a couple of students from Dexter High School came in to job shadow the hygienists and the assistants working with Dr. Steinke. The students took pictures and even did some "hands-on" tasks with us.
We really enjoy having people from the community come in and experience dentistry from "behind the scenes".
Are you thinking of a career in the dental field? Come check us out!! Jolene

Great News for Sorrento Patients
I have great news for our Sorrento patients. After three long years, the construction on the way to our office, is finally over. Hooray! You will no longer have to leave home or work early for your appointments. We know the construction has been an inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. Hope to see you soon! ~Lori

New Member
For those of you who haven't met the newest addition to the family....let me introduce Griffin James Caruso! He was born August 20th, 2007.
He is a very easy baby - which is good because his big brother, Jack, keeps us on our toes! Griffin is in the office with us almost all of the time, although you may not see him, since his nursery is set up in a different part of the office than where patients usually are.
Griffin loves meeting people, so next time you are in the office, just ask if you'd like to see him. As long as it isn't nap time, he loves to socialize too!
Both he and Jack bring much joy and happiness to us, and it makes me thankful to have such healthy (and active!) boys - Hillary Caruso, DMD

Happy Fall
Hi Everyone!
Don't you just love the fall season with all its beautiful colors and the cool, fresh air? It's definitely my favorite time of year...not having to bundle up just to go outside and no melting from heat exhaustion.
There's only one thing wrong with fall...it just doesn't last long enough.
Years ago, while living down south, I grew to appreciate more, all four seasons of Maine.
Here's to winter, spring, summer and the best one of all...FALL.
Have Fun! Brenda

Invest in Yourself
Most of us think of future investments in terms of Retirement Plans, 401K's and IRAs.
But, additionally, we all need to think of the future in terms of staying healthy to enjoy these hard-earned rewards.
A couple of very important health maintenance tools are good diet and mental well-being.
Having strong teeth and a well-aligned bite helps to ensure proper nutrition. Having a great looking smile helps you keep a positive attitude and winning personality. It is never to late to start investing in our futures.
Let's make great dental care an intricate part of that investment.
